Announced to commemorate Kamen Rider V3's 50th anniversary, this item is used by Shiro Kazami to transform into the cyborg rebuilt by Kamen Rider 1 and Kamen Rider 2, Kamen Rider V3! The texture and appearance of the transformation belt is properly replicated, with the windmills and light in the center spin and light up during transformation. The belt is made of genuine cowhide leather.
The item has two modes, Normal Mode and Dialogue Mode by the power switch and button on the side buckle, which is located on the right side of the belt. In addition, transformation sounds and finisher sounds are also recorded, and when the "Reverse Double Typhoon" is activate, the windmill will rotate in the opposite direction to the time of transformation. Shiro Kazami/Kamen Rider V3's actor, Hiroshi Miyauchi recorded some lines that can be played via the item's Dialogue button. The lines can also play while the transformation or finisher sounds are playing.
Lastly, the item comes with the V3 Hopper, a stick item used by Kamen Rider V3. By pressing the button, the sound effects of "V3 Hopper" and "Scramble Hopper" will play. Furthermore, in Dialogue Mode, Hiroshi Miyauchi's shout will activate alongside with the sound effects. Some of the BGMs included in the item are "Tatakae! Kamen Rider V3" and "Shounen Kamen Rider Tai No Uta". A standby mode BGM also plays automatically before transformation.

The role play series created exclusively for adults, 【COMPLETE SELECTION MODIFICATION（CSM）】, launches its 22nd wave of products - from "Kamen Rider Blade" (aired in 2004-2005), the transformation belt "BLAYBUCKLE" used by the protagonist, Kazuma Kenzaki (actor: Takayuki Tsubaki), with the power-up item "ROUSEABSORBER" and the weapon "BLAYROUSER" are now launched as the set "CSM BLAYBUCKLE & ROUSEABSORBER & BLAYROUSER".
＜BLAYBUCKLE＞
Insert a ROUSECARD into the belt buckle and install the belt into the left side of the buckle to activate the "appearance of belt sound effect". Then, install the belt into the right side of the buckle to activate the "transformation standby sound effect". After that, pull the lever and the "transformation sound effect" will be activated. At the same time, the projector that BLAYBUCKLE comes with will receive the wireless signal and project the gate of light, "Orichalcum Element", in large size which brings the transformation scene to life.
Moreover, dialogues from the show can be played. By pressing the button on the top of BLAYBUCKLE, famous dialogues of the protagonist, Kazumi Kenzaki, can be heard. A BGM button can be found at the bottom of BLAYBUCKLE and BGMs including "覚醒" and "take it a try" can be played.
＜ROUSEABSORBER＞
The details were recreated based on the props used in the show, and the mold newly made. By switching between the plates, transformations into Jack Form and King Form can be activated respectively. Further, by starting the transformation before the plate is inserted, the transformation sequence in the show can be experienced.
＜BLAYROUSER＞
Apart from recreating the details with reference to the props used in the show, the size this time is much larger than the one sold during the first-run of the show, with a total length of 715mm. By scanning the ROUSECARDS included in the set, sound effects can be activated to recreate the scenes in the show. Also, with the use of the newly added sound effect button, sound effects such as those of "throwing out a card" and "sealing an Undead" can be activated. By turning on the Dialogue Mode, Kazumi Kenzaki's dialogues can be heard at the same time with the attack and finishing move sound effects.
＜ROUSECARD＞
Mainly focusing on the ROUSECARDS used by Kamen Rider Blade, a total of 36 cards are included. Use BLAYROUSER to scan the barcodes printed on the cards to activate the corresponding sound effects, and a reading will be shown on the numeral display.
