This item is used by Vail (voiced by Kenjiro Tsuda) to transform into Crimson Vail, an upgraded version of his usual demon form. To transform, the user presses and holds the trigger of the item to activate the Vistamp, afterwards, you roll the roller part of it to transform into Crimson Vail!

After the transformation, turn the roller part three times and press the trigger to activate the special move sound. Furthermore, if you stamp the bottom of his Vistamp, you will activate a stronger special move. In addition, you can also scan other DX Vistamps (sold separately) onto the item, then press the trigger activate a special move for each scanned Vistamp. Finally, the item can play lines coming from Vail. To activate it, you need to stamp it for three seconds, then press the trigger to play said sound. It is a set included in the package. Press the button on the top of Kabuto Vistamp to activate Vistamp. By pushing it to the top of the Vail driver, the transformation standby sound of Kamen Rider Vail will be activated. Stamping the Kabuto Vistamp on the liquid crystal part on the front of the driver body, the transformation sound of Kamen Rider Vail sounds.

By attaching the Destream driver unit to the side of the vail driver body and operating the screen part and the power switch. In the Destream driver mode, press the button on the top of Hercules Vistamp to activate Vistamp, and push it to the top of the driver to activate the transformation standby sound of Kamen Rider Destream.
