This new DX Vistamp set is based on three Heisei Kamen Riders, namely: Kamen Rider Hibiki for the Hashibirokou (Shoebill) Vistamp, Kamen Rider Agito for the Tricera Vistamp, and Kamen Rider OOO for the Buffalo Vistamp. All of these items are of course compatible with the DX Revice Driver (sold separately). 

In addition, if you use the DX Hashibirokou Vistamp with the DX Libera Driver (sold separately), Lovekov will Genome Change into Kamen Rider Jeanne's new scythe weapon as seen in the show's upcoming 33rd episode.

Transform Belt Libera Driver is the transformation device used by Kamen Rider Jeanne.

When the user presses the Activation Knock on the Vistamp, the Reflector Opener releases a slatted barrier to prevent interference. Once the Vistamp is inserted into the driver and the buckle is rotated 90 degrees to the user's left, a projection of a cobra appears from the Genome Reflector, surrounding the user in blue, liquid energy. The cobra curves around the user's body, creating the accents on the armor formed by the liquid, with the transformation completed by the cobra forming the faceplate.

For a Finisher Move, Jeanne simply raises the buckle before lowering it back down. For a Liberal Smash, Jeanne raises the buckle, presses the Activation Knock on the Vistamp, and then lowers the buckle back down.
